Our NAIDOC Family Fun Day provides an exceptional opportunity for local businesses, craftspeople, and food vendors to showcase their products and services to a diverse and vibrant community. As a stallholder, you will gain access to a broad audience, keen to engage with unique offerings and learn more about both Aboriginal and non-Indigenous cultures.
We’re always eager for extra pairs of helping hands, especially when we’re gearing up for large events! From set up and pack down, to event logistics, your support is crucial in ensuring the event runs smoothly and successfully.
Gain valuable experience and skills in event management and community engagement, whilst enjoying a day of fun, cultural enrichment, and community connection. Your contribution will help create an unforgettable day of cultural connection, fun, and community spirit.
1. All sponsorship is with AbSec – NSW Child, Family and Community Peak Aboriginal Corporation (“AbSec”).
2. Receipt of an application confirms your intention to sponsor or exhibit at the AbSec NAIDOC Family Fun Day.
3. Confirmation of sponsorship or stall holding is subject to approval by AbSec.
4. Payment must be made within 30 days of invoice.
5. Cancellation policy:
6. The sponsor or stallholder shall not damage any of the provided items or the venue. Any resulting damages must be paid to the supplier or venue by the sponsor or stallholder directly.
7. AbSec or any of its staff or volunteers will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of the sponsor or stall or products, or any injuries incurred during the event.
8. Sponsor and stallholders must adhere to the provided setup and dismantling schedules. Early dismantling is prohibited.
9. In case of events beyond AbSec’s control, AbSec reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the stall space.
10. Sponsors and stallholders are responsible for insuring their property and personnel and must provide copies of insurances relevant to the stall including public liability and workers insurance.
11. Sponsors and stallholders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
12. Sponsors and stallholders agree to adhere to relevant data protection laws regarding any personal data obtained through the Family Fun Day.
13. AbSec reserves the right to amend these terms.
